How does it work?

You will receive a combination box of 5-6 products that will contain large sample size products (30-50ml) as well as full size products. Products are curated for the season and will give you a taste of the variety of brands that have exciting ranges of natural products. The box subscriptions are:

Stand alone  – 1 box

4 month – 2 boxes

6 month  – 3 boxes

 

Why one box every 2 months?

We do not want to overwhelm you with products. Instead we would rather you take your time to savour and test the ones that you like best. On our part, we want to be sure that we find exclusive and novel products from across the country to give you unique alternatives.

 

What to expect?

Your beauty box will include five to six product samples (30-50ml), as well as full sizes (in the case of some products), curated according to season. You will be able to try different types of products, from oils, soaps, scrubs, shampoos, face washes, mists, among others and we'll always include information on their ingredients. You can also find the global safety ratings for each of the ingredients used in each product on our website.

 

When will I receive my subscription?

We usually ship the product on certain specified days and deliver them to you within that time frame.

 

How do payments work?

Depending on the subscription you pick, you will be charged for the entire sum for 2 or 3 boxes (depending on the 4 month or 6 month subscription) at the time of order. We are working putting a recurring/subscription billing in place. If you would like to cancel the subscription service at any point, please get in touch with us and we will refund you for the undelivered boxes.

 

What is the Cancellation policy?

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

 

What is the return/refund policy?

Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your box was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will find more details in the terms and conditions at the bottom of the checkouts page.

 

What if I want to order in bulk?
